Consumer Federation of America agrees with Cara Ameer that Florida transaction brokers are committed to serve their customers, provide useful services and deserve to be paid adequately for these services, according to Senior Fellow Stephen Brobeck. Yet, in his view Ameer did not address the two central questions raised by the CFA report.
