Homie joins the ranks of Power Buyers with cash offer program

The flat-fee brokerage is now offering bridge loans to turn home-seekers into cash buyers. The Homie Cash program is available in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and Colorado and will roll out to more states soon.
