Compass faces another ‘theft of trade secrets’ lawsuit

A Pennsylvania-based Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliate has filed a lawsuit against Compass for helping a former agent breach several covenants, including non-disclosure, non-competition and non-solicitation.
