Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) sent Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner a letter on Monday, demanding that he halt plans to cut staff at the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.
